General Conditions of Sale (GCS) of Julie & Co

Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relations between Julie & Co, a micro-enterprise registered in France under SIRET number 943 057 703 00010 RCS Compiègne (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any adult natural person making a purchase via the Julie & Co website (hereinafter "the Customer").

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation.

The Customer certifies that they are a natural person aged at least 18, legally capable of entering into a contract or having parental authorization to make a purchase on the site.

Article 2: Products

Julie & Co offers stainless steel jewelry, including personalized jewelry (by engraving or choice of charms).

Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight differences, particularly in color, may appear depending on the screen or shooting conditions. Julie & Co. cannot be held responsible for these elements. Product photographs and descriptions are therefore not contractually binding.

Personalized products (engraving or choice of charms) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Article 3: Price

Prices listed on the website are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Julie & Co reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order and are the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 4: Order

The Customer places an order on the Julie & Co website by selecting the desired products and confirming their shopping cart. The order is confirmed after payment validation and receipt of a confirmation email.

When creating an account or placing an order, the Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information. In the event of an error in the contact information provided, Julie & Co cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the order.

To ensure efficient delivery, the Customer must provide a complete delivery address and a valid mobile phone number. Julie & Co and the carrier cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or difficulties in the following situations:

- If the Customer does not provide a valid mobile phone number.

- If the Customer does not respond to the carrier's requests.

- If the address or contact details provided are incorrect or incomplete.

For shipments via "Lettre Suivie," delivery is made only to mailboxes, not to PO boxes. Julie & Co declines all responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. No refunds or credits will be issued for these packages.

Julie & Co reserves the right to cancel any order if the Customer's IP address indicates a country different from the billing or delivery address.

Julie & Co also reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer or total or partial non-payment of a previous order.

Article 5: Payment

The accepted payment methods are:

- Apple Pay

- PayPal Wallet

- MasterCard

- Visa

- American Express

- Bank cards

Payment is secured using a data encryption system. Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation.

Article 6: Delivery

Julie & Co only delivers to mainland France.

Shipping times: 24 to 72 hours after order confirmation.

Delivery methods:

- Tracked Letter (delivery only to mailboxes, not to PO boxes)

- Mondial Relay: the package will be made available at the collection point chosen by the Customer at checkout. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, a full refund will be issued after official confirmation from Mondial Relay.

A tracking number is provided to the Customer to track the delivery of their package. Julie & Co cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by carriers.

In the event of a significant delay in preparing or sending the order, Julie & Co will inform the Customer by email.

Before opening the package, the Customer is required to check that it corresponds to their order and is in good condition. Any anomalies or reservations must be reported to Julie & Co without delay.

The transport of goods is carried out at the Customer's risk and peril from the time they are handed over to the carrier.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has 14 days from the day after receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return a product, except for personalized jewelry (engraving or choice of charms) which are neither returned nor exchanged.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in order preparation (if the product received does not correspond to the order placed).

Returned products must be sent complete and placed in neutral packaging that best protects the contents of the package to ensure they are put back on sale.

In accordance with Article L221-24 of the Consumer Code, in the event of withdrawal, Julie & Co will reimburse all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum period of fourteen days after notification of withdrawal.

This refund will be made via the same payment method as that used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

Additional costs due to a more expensive delivery method chosen by the Customer will not be refunded.

When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is automatically extended until the next working day.

Model withdrawal letter:

Madam, Sir,

On (date), I placed an order by ... (telephone, mail, Internet) and I took delivery of it on ... (date).

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, I inform you that I wish to exercise my right of withdrawal concerning this order and I will return it to you within the next fourteen days.

I would ask you to kindly reimburse me the sum of (...) euros that I paid to you by ... (bank card, etc.).
