What types of jewelry do you offer?
Julie & Co offers stainless steel jewelry, carefully selected for its quality and durability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once payment is confirmed, the order is automatically prepared. It is therefore not possible to modify or cancel an order.
Delivery
Do you deliver outside of France?
No, Julie & Co only delivers to mainland France .
What are the shipping times?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours after payment validation.
What delivery methods do you offer?
Two delivery options are available:
- Tracked Letter (delivery to letterbox only, not to PO box)
- Mondial Relay (collection from the relay point chosen when ordering)
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
What should I do if my package is shown as "delivered" but I haven't received it?
Julie & Co does not refund orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please make sure to provide an accurate address and a valid phone number when ordering.

Payments are 100% secure thanks to an encrypted system. Orders are prepared and shipped only after payment confirmation.
Returns & withdrawal
Can I return a piece of jewelry?
Yes, for non-personalized jewelry only , you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return costs are your responsibility.

How long does it take to get my money back?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the time limit, you will be reimbursed within a maximum of 14 days , by the same means of payment used for the purchase.
Defective products
What should I do if my jewelry has a defect?
In case of a manufacturing defect or error in the order, contact us quickly at shopjulieandco@gmail.com with photos.
An exchange or refund will be offered after verification.
